Return and Refund Policy

At Byggeligt.store, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help!

1. Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to claim your right to return your item(s).
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Customized and personalized items are non-returnable.
  • E-books are non-returnable.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@byggeligt.com with your order number and details of the product you would like to return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

4. Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immeadiately when noticing the problem at contact@byggeligt.com with photos of the damage and your order number.
  • We will arrange repair, a replacement or full refund for the damaged item.
  • According to Danish law, you have a 2 years complaint period, where the first 6 months is a liability of proff.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after the expected processing time, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@byggeligt.com.

7. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as it has not been shipped. After this period, please follow the return process.
